DoJ moves to deport imprisoned immigrants.

How does this not make absolute perfect sense? 20 percent of federal inmates are non-citizens. If they’re here illegally they should definitely be deported and if they’re legal they should be put up for review. If you want to be a citizen of this country you need to stay out of jail. If you can’t do that then there are plenty of others who can and they deserve the opportunity. This will be far more effective in screening potential citizens than any government concocted screening test.

Their whole conclusion is based on something that virtually all major intelligence agencies do on a regular basis in order to cover their tracks.
